Baoji Heqiang Titanium Industry Co., Ltd., a private enterprise located in Xuguang Industrial Park, Baoji Hi-tech Development Zone, Shaanxi Province, integrates R&D, production, processing, marketing and trade. 
  The company, founded in 1997, has been adhering to the tenet of "surviving by quality, developing by service" and been in a spirit of "working hard" and a work style of "pragmatic". After a decade of development, the company grows bigger and bigger in size. Now, it covers a floor area of 16,000 m2, and has fixed assets of 40 million CNY, an annual output of 1,800 tons, and annual output value of 300 million CNY, as well as two 3-ton vacuum furnaces, a 3500-ton hydro press, two precision forging machines, a vacuum plasma welding box, a hot rolling mill, a cold rolling mill, several CNC lathers, two machining centers, and a number of testing instruments.
